Returns Policy
We will happily accept the return of any product which is damaged, or does not match the
description of what you ordered. Shop OBIBINI must be contacted via email within 24 hours of
receiving your goods and provided with photo evidence for verification. You will be issued a
return address of where to send your goods, and they must be received back within (14)
fourteen days of the purchase date, in the condition they originally arrived in, to be eligible for
either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price.
Goods returned to us because of change of mind must be unused and in perfect re-saleable
condition (including product packaging, instructions etc.) otherwise we will not be able to refund
you. Items must be returned within (14) days of the purchase date. If you instigate a return due
to change of mind, you will be responsible for all associated costs due to returning the item.
Sale goods are non-returnable unless faulty.

order by the designated financial institute of your choice. Team OBIBINI is dedicated to
prioritising the protection of our customers privacy.
Also, all data regarding your credit card ARE NOT known by OBIBINI. Your credit card
information is not held or stored by us and is kept by the auditing bank only for processing of
your order.. When your payment transaction is successful, PayPal or the designated financial
institute informs Team OBIBINI to further process and dispatch the order.
Shipping and Delivery
For postage within Germany we charge 5.90€ shipping for each order, irrespectively whether
the articles have to be sent in more than one parcel for logistic or organisational reasons. Any
subsequent delivery is free of shipping costs for you. The shipping to German DHL
“Packstationen” is also possible.
Orders exceeding a value of 50,00 € are shipped within Germany with free shipping.
The usual delivery time within Germany is 1-3 working days.
Delivery abroad depends on the country of destination and the chosen shipping
method and can take from 5 up to 30 working days.
Kindly note : the cost for international shipping may vary according to country and weight of the
order.
